Dear Cisco,
could you please provide some snmpset commands to modify port vlan membership on SG300-28 switches?
I checked http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk648/tk362/technologies_tech_note09186a00801c6035.shtml however this
information is apparently only valid for catalysts.
The latest firmware is installed and the provided MIB files are used.
Thank You & Best Regards,
Hendrik

Hendrik,
This isn't possible with SG300 series; only possible with the Enterprise Catalysts switches. Enterprise supports VTP and SG300 don't.
Thanks,

That sounds unbelievable...
I can set the mode (Trunk/Access) via SNMP.
I can create/modify/delete VLANs via SNMP.
The only problem is to specify an untagged VLAN for a port in acccess mode.
I found this:
https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3427878#3427878
especially this part:
> Below is the example how to represent port in big map Hex format.
> Port you like to add binary number representation hex number in SNMP should be
> 1 1000 0000 0000 0000 0x80
> e5 and e7 0000 1010 0000 0000 0x0A
but I cant get it working.
