Hi,
Hi have just bought a Cisco SPA 112 and need to configure it for Off-hook dialing.
The device should automatic dial a number when user "Off-hook" the phone, it´s a support phone.

It's feature of "Dial Plan". Read Explaining Dial Plan, search for Hot Line.

Hi Jim,
You can use the syntax (P0 <:1000>) along with the dial plan for that purpose, where 1000 is the number to be dialed. Please change that number as per your requirement.
With the timer set to 0 seconds, the call is transmitted automatically to the specified extension when the phone goes off hook.
Example of one such dial plan will be as follows…
(P0 <:18008433632>)(*xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)
where 18008433632 is the number to be dialed automatically as soon as the phone is off hook.
