I just purchased a UC520 from ebay. I am trying to replace an old PBX phone system in my office with this system. I am hoping that someone here could help. I tried to factory reset using the CCA however, that was unsuccessful - I received an error message about something being out of sync. I have the UC520-8.6.2 config file on my laptop and tried to install that using the CCA but that didn't work either. So I connect the console and reset the default following a youtube video. Once the system restarted, the next command line is Router not UC520 and I cannot connect to it using CCA. Please help!
