Hi all hopeing you can help i have a ICS7700 system that was given to us as a startup to our business (trying to keep cost down) when powering on it only loads server 2000 but we wanted to start from fresh as we have all the cds that come with the original purchase. we have inserted disk 1 in to a cd on the same ide ribbon as the hdd (as a usb dvd drive failed every time ) disk one is loading and says copying many files then screen goes blank flashes up "sysinfo.out cant be found" then screen goes blank and ejects the cd. we have a 2nd copy of the disks so tried that one and the same again. what am i doing wrong and is this SYSINFO.OUT meant to be on the hdd as i have scanned the drive and can not find it.
any help would be appreciated as i have said im trying to not spend anything on the comms
