Cisco SPA525G2 keeps getting disconnected from LAN and reboots

Hello,

 

I hope someone from the community will be able to help me. I have 2 Cisco SPA525G2, I did a hard reset on them ( I forgot their login details). Now the phones are connected to the LAN for a few seconds and then their ip is lost, the status on the phoner shows no IP/LAN details and the phone will restart after a while. 

 

I tried the using both WiFi and Ethernet and the same result for both. After the phone connects for a few seconds, the Web interface is accessable but I loose access after a while. 

 

Can someone please help?
