Cisco uc500 voice mail

Cisco uc500 one phone can not retrieve internal extension voice messages,(with this error message "this mailbox is in use"）

but you can hear external voice messages

Can you run the following command in the CUE CLI ?
#voicemail mailbox unlock owner test (replace test with the actual UserID of the user)

If you have access to the CUE GUI, you can do the following -

Go to >>>voicemail>>>>mailboxes>>>>check the box for the user and click to unlock
Post above, verify from the mailbox settings whether it is YES or NO.

That is in the CUE. On a UC-500, you would have a "intergrated-service-engine" interface.
You need to session through/into that with the "service-module integrated-service-engine x/y session" command. Once you do this, you would be in the CUE module. That's where you will run the command.
