CME firmware

Hi,

I need to install CME , My question is, Does the firmware file come on the CME or they need to be downloaded?

I have searched the .sbn files, but it does not exist on the falsh:

I tried to download them on  :

https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=277641082&flowid=77925&softwareid=282786567&release=11.6&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest

The file does not contain .sbn files ?

What kind of file should i download ?

No the Firmware files do not

No the Firmware files do not come with CME. You have to download them..

1) You have to go to Cisco's Website, find your desired phone and download the firmware.

Downloads Home -> Products -> Collaboration Endpoints -> IP Phones
