Hacked(?) Cisco 303 IP Phone

Hello.

I'm new in this community. I'll get straight ahead to the problem I'm facing.

We had an 303 IP Phone in a lab at University. Apparently, some 'curious' students messed up with this device. Now it has stucked in 'CheckingDNS' screen and it doen't get an IP in the LAN to connect via the web interface (which I'm pretty sure they messed it up too). Is there a way (or a key combination) to factory reset the device? Please explain it as simply and detailed as you can.

When it was working, the phone was provisioned to a 3CX extention, if this helps.

Thank you!

Solved! After many forced restarts (unplugging the AC), the deviced finaly let me enter the menu on the phone. Just did factory restore and that was it!
