SIP configuration

Hi everybody,

                    I bought a Cisco IP phone SPA 504G recently and i tried to configure it to work with a SIP provider. I made the configuration but the phone gives me the message: not registered(not reachable). What could I do to resolve this problem. I posted a photo of the configuration below
