SPA112 - Dialplan

Hi All,

I try to set up a call from a Siedle doorphone, connected trough a SPA112, to a Panasonic KX-HDV230NE.

When I push the button on the doorphone, the call is set up, but when I try to answer the call via the Panasonic, the only thing I hear is 'beeeep' 'beeeep' 'beeeep'....

Also, it takes +-8sec to receive the call on that phone...

Does someone have an idea of what is going wrong?

Is this related to the dialplan? - (*xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

Is this related to a sipsetting?

I've put the SPA112 logs in the attachment.

Kr,

Jarne

Attached LOG is the log from SPA112 kernel. It have no value for the purpose of your issue. You need to catch log of Voice Application running on SPA112. Read:

Debug and syslog Messages from SPA1x2 and SPA232D ATA

You should also catch SIP communication packets exchanged between SPA112 and its SIP peer. Ask your LAN administrator for help if you don't know what I'm speaking of.
