Hi,
I have an SPA504G ip phone and I did a factory reset (option 14 from the phone lcd screen). After entering the password, the phone is telling me "Resetting to factory default, please wait..." then it reboot then I can see on lcd screen that the old config is not there anymore.
However, if I unplug the power cord then plug it back, the phone reboot and all the old config is restored. I did the factory reset several times with the same result. What's wrong with this? I want to move this phone to another pbx provider however it seams that the config is tied to the old provider even after a factory reset.
Is there a kind of hard reset that need to do?
