brand new wap561 green light keep flashing

got a brand new wap561 for a customer and out of the box, the green light keep flashing after 1-2 minutes and will never stop.

checked (and changed) poe adapter (twice) network cables, power cable.

I tried to do a factory reset (holding the reset for +10 sec.) and still the same

any idea???

Hi,

 

I think you are mentioning about the 'Power' LED, if the 'Power' LED is flashing with green color that means the AP is "Upgrading firmware or acquiring an IPv4 address.". 

In case the device is connected to any DHCP server then you can disconnect that link and verify the status. You can check the rechability to the default management IP of that AP 192.168.1.245.
