Cisco Business 140AC: Association rejected Android 10 Xiaomi Mi9

Hi

i recently bought some Cisco Business AP 140ac as a good solution for small offices.

After zero provisioning, AP (master) is working good, and i was trying performance with default config.

I found that my Xiaomi Mi9 can't connect. Using android debug, it says

NETWORK_SELECTION_DISABLED_ASSOCIATION_REJECTED = 5

I checked password and auth mode (WPA2 PSK), everything is k. I can connect computer and other mobiles, but this xiaomi is rejected.

There are no special mac address policy, or something like this. Android version is latest 10, MIUI 12.0.1

I have no problem connecting to other AIR-CAP3702

AP log was not useful (for me)

How is it possible that this device isn't accepted by AP?
