Dear all,

We recently purchase 3 Cisco WAP4410n for our small company, but we faced with some problem:

- These AP hang up after several time, cannot ping, it's working back after reboot (4-5 times/day)

- Client cannot get IP via DHCP after 1-2 hours,

We upgraded with latest firmware (2.0.6.1) but the problem still appears,

I searched on this forum and many peaple have this issue too,

Does anyone know how to fix above problem? Thank you!

I'm in Vietnam,

Dear Trung,

Thank you for reaching the Small Business Support Community.

If these AP's are configured in "Bridge mode" the issue may be already identified by the following caveat;

CSCts76476—The access point may periodically experience loss of

connectivity when configured in bridge mode.

Workaround: Unplug the power adaptor or PoE cable, and then plug it back in.

You may contact the Small Business Support Center to open a service request and obtain a different solution, if any, other than the power cycle suggested as "workaround" by he caveat details.

  https://www.cisco.com/en/US/support/tsd_cisco_small_business_support_center_contacts.html

If this is not the case; your AP's are not set in "Bridge mode", I then suggest you to reset to factory conditions and reconfigure manually and if the problem persists, then contact the Small Business Support Center.

I hope you find this information helpful and please do not hesitate to reach me back if there is any further assistance I may help you with.

Kind regards,

We´ve got the same problem.

Accesspoint was reconfigured as a AP with repeater funktion for a second WAP4410N

Yesterday every 2 hours he could not get IPadresses forward.

we switched the AP and The Repeater and configure new (Reset & Handmade)

(the Repeater as AP and the AP as Repeater)

no change! If it hang,

we can reach the Web IF by static IP but the Clients get no dhcp request

just a restart help.

I can´t restart the device every day!

so what could we do

Regards
