DHCP Not assigning IP to 1252 AP

I am replacing an older AP with a new 1252 unit.  I attached everything and powered it up, but my DHCP server does not appear to be finding it and assigning an IP address.  The status light stays green and the ethernet light blinks randomly green.  Seems to be connected fine, but without an IP I cannot configure it to use it.  Any ideas?

A little more info.  I checked my switch that it is plugged into, and it shows up as active, with a full connection, and even displays the correct MAC address for the device, so I know its at least making it to my managed switch.  Not sure why DHCP is not liking it....

Update, DHCP finally assigned an address, go it!  Strange that it took about 30 minutes.
