I am trying to install a AP521 with a WLC526. The AP is in lightweight mode. I have configured the SSIDs on the WLC, and the AP is registering with the WLC, but it says that the dot11radio on the AP is "operationally down". I can't find where to enable it. I can't open a web browser to it, the CLI is incomplete, and CCA doesn't give me any options to configure it. I was able to configure it (ie static ip) through the WLC's web interface.
The issue occurs whether I use the ac adapter or the power injector.
This is the output of when it it boots up:

Any help would be much appreciated. I am opening a case with the TAC, but I have to get some paperwork straightened out first. I think it's just a setting somewhere, but I am not sure where.
Thanks,
Ben

Hi Ben,
Given the anture of your problem, TAC is the way to go.

Actually, as it turns out a simple "enable" through the web interface on the 802.11g radio fixed the issue.
