Problem Access Point Registration

Dear,

I have three controllers, one at each site. AP  is configured to register with a particular controller, but it only records in another. How can I force the AP to register with the controlladora I want.  Already configured "Primary Controller Name", without success

The only time I see this happen is when the details for the Primary Controller are incorrect.

Wait a second ... Why did you ONLY mention "Primary Controller NAME"?  What happened to the "Primary Controller Management IP Address"?

What is the firmware of the WLC?  4.X?
