Currently there are challenges to finding firmware for our latest generation CBS switch portfolio. To properly locate via search firmware perform the following:
- https://software.cisco.com/download/home
- Search on “Business 140” / “Business 145” / “Business 240”
- Search on “Business 141” / “Business 142” / “Business 143”
The following fails to locate the firmware:
- Unable to locate using “CBW140” / “CBW145” / “CBW240” as search key
- Unable to locate using “CBW141” / “CBW142” / “CBS143” as search key
