Hello,
We tried to update our Cisco SG300-10 to latest version 1.4.8.06, since then the system is completely dead, after the upload in HTTP/HTTPS mode the switch turned off all Ethernet ports (without rebooting) rendering the web console innoperent. After a hard reboot the switch became up (System LED green and not blinking) but still, no Ethernet ports working (no LED, nothing), we then tried a hard reset (20 seconds on the reset button), and now the system is not booting anymore (System LED in an endless blinking status).
We tried a USB to Serial DB9 cable to check if there is something on the CLI console (with the good baud rate): nothing, blank screen.
Can we consider our switch as dead ? Is there something we can do ?
Thank's

Hello,
I hope you are doing well.
In order to determine if this is a hardware issue or not I would advise you to do the following.
If successfully please proceed to do the firmware upgrade/re-flash using the software “tftpd64 or tftpd32”
** please see image attached for the tftpd32 settings
If not please give us a call to 1866-606-1866 so we can move forward
Regards
