two WAP4410N AP help for setup

Our company recently purchased two WAP4410N AP.

We got 2 buildings in our office, I label it as Location A and B.

The following image is our company network diagram.

We would like to make both AP to use same SSID, what is the best practise to configure it? Same SSID, same password and even same channel (channel 11)

We set the AP in building A, as AP, and Building B as repeated, we found it Building B signal is not stable enough, sometimes the Wireless LED is off by itself. We not even able to access via web browser. It's like hang.

Can any expert guide us for this.
