5 v1 units here used across multiple different Dell PowerConnect gig switches in different buildings. All have the same issues described here. All are on the latest firmware 2.0.1.0 and it almost seems that made it worse than 2.0.0.12 was. I'll be switching them all to 100F now and will be looking into RMA's for the v2 hardware once people start posting here that v2s have indeed fixed the issues.
