WAP 4400N

Hello
I have more than 10 WAP 4400N the problems I meet the most
1-the wifi signal is good but no one can connect this AP refuses any connection saying that the « password is incorrect » when I disconnect the ethernet cable (POE) and I connect after a second everyone arrives at this connects for a few minutes and the moment after the same scenariot recurs.
2-the second problem is that some phone and computer arrive at this connection and other cons "impossible to have an IP address" message that is displayed after an attempt to connect to the AP 

please help me to resolve this is problem

The first thing is to check the DHCP address scope usage.

 

Seconds capture some logs from the command line and post the information here.
