WAP 561 - Help!

Hi,

We have  3 Cisco WAP561 in a cluster. It worked at the begining of the implementation.

A few months ago it started having issues.
The signal is good, devices can connect successfully but either no internet at all or very slow and unstable speeds. The aps are updated to newest firmware.

If we restart them, they start working for a while, and after a while... same issue.. again and again..

Any idea?

Thanks a lot! :)

What version are you runnin gon your WAP561? Also, this might require a little more troubleshooting. I would recommend contacting the CX team for support.

Hello,

i am having the same problem. All access points have the last firmware.

All has an unstable speed.

Any help?

Thanks

I don't know if is the same problem, but I have a similar issue with my WAP581.

I'm connected about 2m away from the access point, the signal is excellent but I'm experiencing packet loss simply to my default gateway, high delay, ecc.

The radio used is 2,4ghz so I tried with a lower model (D-LINK) and it works like a charm. Changing channels and other settings did not help.

I opened an RMA.
