Sometimes the error message in question is present with high frequency at various series of small business AP although more than a "error" can be considered a "notice"; I do not know if you can avoid some way that this error condition occurs, that for example, makes shooting unnecessarily alerting via e-mail.
We have identified some of the Apple client products made the AP generated this kind of log. You probably see this in the environment with many different Apple's products. This will be fixed in the next maintenance firmware release. I don't have a firm date for the release date but I know this is already fixed.

I do not think that the block is associated with and / or attributable to the message shown in this thread; In fact I also found failures on the AP541, but the frequency of the problem is lower, however, maybe it's time to update the system with the latest version and determine if your problem is still present with the latest version:
