WAP4410N "Randomly" Losing SSID WEP Security Settings?

I installed a WAP4410N and created 3 SSIDs, each with WEP 128b shared keys.  After several hours of working, the WLANs stopped operatings (all clients lose connectivity) and logging into the admin page of the WAP4410N, the WEP settings appear to have been reset.  After re-assigning the security keys, the WLANs work again.  What could be causing the WAP4410N to lose partial settings like this?

An issue/bug has been identified related to WEP which occurs in the following circumstance. The problem happens when the wireless channel is changed after WEP has been configured which resets the WEP settings. It is in the process of being fixed. We recommend you use WPA instead which is a more secure security mechanism. Once the bug has been fixed and verified, firmware will be posted on cisco.com website.
