WAP571 The wireless channels for the 2.4 GHz are not visible on some access points

Hi
We have purchased 12 WAP571's (three orders) and set up a cluster. 5 AP's don't show a wireless channel for the 2.4 GHz (Monitor --> Single Point Setup Status). If 5 GHz is offline I can connect to 2.4 GHz anyway. Is this a firmware bug? We're still on 1.1.0.3 as it is recommended as the latest release.

The last time I joined 2 WAP571's (firmware 1.0.1.12) to the existing cluster with the configuration wizard both of them overwrote the existing single point setup configuration although 2 access points have AP priority 2 and 1. How is that possible?

Band Steer — Check to enable the band steer when both the radios are up. It effectively utilizes the 5-GHz band by steering dual-band supported clients from the 2.4-GHz band to the 5-GHz band.

Band steer is already enabled.

 - Depending on definition of 'not seen' what you 'observe' may then be normal, especially if 5Ghz connectivity is working. Anyway check the wireless radio settings for the particular AP's, make sure 2Ghz is enabled.

This is what I mean. 2.4 GHz radio is definitely enabled. And it's always the same procedure - join an existing cluster.

 - Check logs just after a problematic-ap has booted ,sometimes you may find messages  which can be informative w.r.t. your issue

                                      - You may have a go with the latest firmware too:

As I wrote we're still on 1.1.0.3 as it is recommended as the latest release. I'm curious why 1.1.0.5 is not shown as the latest one. But this issue was not resolved.
