I see. But it is not clear yet why you intend to accomplish. Peer to peer is usually referred as two computers talking each other directly.

 Can you explain what is your goal here? Maybe give an example?

I will try to explain what I need.

I have two buildings in front of each other, i can't make a network cable between them. I want to put one of the access point on each building and configure them as peer to peer, can (WAP4410N ) do this?

This topology is more.often referred as Point-to-point and yes, its possible.

 Basically you need to setup them in bridge mode. 

 Please, refers to the attached  guide.
