WLAN cntroller 2100

Can you kindly help me i have a switch 3750 with wlan 2100 but both the switch are not comminicating. i.e they are not ping each other but they can see thereself and their ip addr.( the switch can not ping the management interface of the controller niether the controller can ping the switch.).
