Old company still listed under registered devices in Call Home Portal

How do I remove the old company? I no longer work there and should not have access to any of their equipment anymore.

Hello Patrick,

Have you removed the TS maintenance contracts belonging to your old company from your CCO profile as I think this may 'remove' the old company?

Yes, I have removed the old contracts.  I only have the new company contracts on my current account.
