Smart Software Manager On-Prem Registration Token Issue

Hi,

 

We have two SSM satellites for smart licencing, both of these are in different locations geographically, but both point to the same Smart Account, just different virtual accounts within that account.

 

One points to a test area and that works fine, we can create token IDs and assign them, the devices register and consume licences etc... as expected. No issues.

 

The new one, that’s just been built for a live environment has the virtual accounts added, but when we go to generate a token ID, it just greys out the entire screen and doesn’t allow any input to generate the ID for use. Am I doing something wrong here, or can you offer any assistance as to why this is happening? 

 

I can see both on-prem satellites registered in the cisco portal correctly, the virtual accounts are both listed within the portal too, so it seems to all be fine... just this issue with not being able to generate a registration token
