we are partner of Cisco. Our customer has the headquarter in germany and IT/Networking is centralised.
But there are offices all over the world with Cisco networking equipment and each country is free to buy
maintenance locally. So the network manager has the problem to know, witch partner is responsable for
witch device. Sometimes they have several partners in one country .... :-(
Now they want to have an exact overview, witch device is in service by witch partner. Is it possible with
SMARTnet total care to have a report from Cisco per device viewing the partner name of the bought
service?
