Transport gateway mailbox configuration gives error

Hi All,

I am trying to configure mailbox using secure IMAP when i try to add the mail server and credentials in the portal it says "invalid mailbox credentials"

But the mail account is working with same credentials. Can anyone help here?

Hi,

Please check for any extra space in the credentials, try to type in the credentials and check.

If you still face an error please raise a TAC case for assistance.
