Unable to launch CSSM Satellite from browser post installation

Hi,

 

I installed Cisco Smart Software Manager satellite Enhanced Edition version 6.1.0. The installation seemed to complete fine and I am able to login as admin through the VM console. But, browser launch is not working(Both http and https). I tried the URLs: https://<ip>:8443/admin and http://<ip>:8080/admin. Can you please help ?

Thanks for reaching out.  This community does not support the Smart Software Manager Satellite.  For community assistance with SSM-S, please visit the NMS community site below.

Additionally, if you have a service contract, you can open a case directly with Cisco TAC using the below

The GUI password is different from the CLI password setup during installation.

for the default admin password.
