No, Smart Call Home email notifications will not have an attachment.

Instead, the email will have a link to the Smart Call Home portal. On the portal you will find the uploaded diagnostics, inventory, confguration, analysis and recommendations, and a link to the TAC case if one is created.

I see.Would you ever consider to bring the attachment in the email from the product to cisco backend?This way maybe brings more information to solve the problem.

Call Home (on most supported devices) does include additional diagnostic information with each fault message that it sends to Cisco's Smart Call Home. That diagnostic information is the result of a series of show commands run automatically when the fault is detected. That diagnostic information is embedded in the XML message, not an attachment.

Diagnostic information is used by the Smart Call Home rules engine to further qualify the event and make recommendations.

You can see the raw message with the diagnostic output in the Smart Call Home portal. There is a link in the header on the event details page.
