How do I migrate the Cisco DNA Advantage licenses mistakenly issue/activated on wrong customer account ?

I am not sure if are currently using Cisco Enterprise Agreements service or not.
May be I need to check with our contact person/ account manager about the same.
Still would would like to know more on Cisco Enterprise Agreements.
