Announcing Cisco Services API Availability!

The Smart Net Total Care Services APIs are now available to all customers and partners. The Customer, Alerts, and Inventory APIs are now in our production environment for you to use.

What’s available for you

We’ve put together a “Welcome Toolkit” of documentation that contains all the information you need to get registered to access the APIs and use them. The kit contents include:

  • Role assignment process document which explains the steps your customer delegated administrator needs to take to grant you access to the APIs that provide access to their specific information
  • API videos are videos that show you, step-by-step, how to register and access the APIs
  • Entity Relationship diagram which explains how the API data is organized, how to retrieve customer information, and how to get and correlate device level and alert data
  • Data Mapping document which explains how each API corresponds to information fields in the Smart Net Total Care portal reports
  • API User Guide contains the details of the fields and parameters in the APIs

We encourage you to start using the APIs to integrate your portal information directly into your business systems.
