24h has passed, but still no access to services.cisco.com

Hi,

 

i'm using my account mikhail.riadov@sefe-group.com.

I received email that now I have access more than 24 hours ago. But still cannot login.

that is what i see

Get Access to Smart Services Connection Now

You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection. You must be entitled to at least one Smart Services contract to request access

Hello Mikhail,

after verifying the details, I have checked for the roles for the user.
Pushed a Manual Sync as well. Customer is now visible on the portal and will be able to access it.
