I've recently disassociated from my former employers contracts and added to my new employers contracts. However when I login to the sntc portal it still shows my previous business. Cisco TAC sent me here for support since they couldn't identify the contract # associated to our total care but I know it exists because I am associated to it in my CCO. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

The new company need to add your CCO account to their Smartnet Portal.

Can you try accessing SNTC Portal and verify if you are able to view your new company now?

The company association was changed in CSAM Tool, sometimes there is a delay in the changes to flow into SNTC system. We helped to expedite the updates so that both SNTC and CSAM tool are in sync and your company association is now updated on SNTC Portal.
