I like to add for redundancy reason a second (or third) company administrator.
But when I try to do with the Cisco Services Access Management tool then I received the error message (You do not have access to the Service Access Management Tool.).
How is the procedure to have access to the SAM tool?
How is (possible?) the procedure to add another company administrator without this SAM access?
