Adding off lease acquired Servers to SmartNet

As mergers and acquisitions happen, I'm going to end up with some Cisco c220 M5 servers, but I don't know the exact origin of these or contracts they were on.

Can I add these to my SmartNet? it looks like their EOL is in 4 years so they will be decent additions to the network.
