apix onboarding/entitlement issue

I was wondering if someone would be able to help me with the error i am having while trying to get data from the cisco apix endpoints. 

One example endpoint is 

https://apix.cisco.com/supporttools/eox/rest/5/EOXByProductID/5/A9K-MPA-2X40GE

I get a 403_DEVELOPER_INACTIVE message and i have been told it may be an issue with the account not being onboarded correctly in the backend maybe?

  • Customer Name 
  • Company Name 
  • Customer CCO ID

Hi Kapil,

I am able to generate token by using client id and client secret of our registered application, following the documentation. However when we attempt to access any endppoint using the generated token, we receive a 'Developer inactive' response.

Please suggest something on this.

Hi, don't want to hijack the thread but I'm having the same problem with the endpoint https://apix-test.cisco.com/commerce/ORDER/POE/v2/sync/checkOrderStatus.

Hi,

I have the same issues and sent a DM to @kaptanej on 5/10/2023.  Using the following: https://apix.cisco.com/supporttools/eox/rest/5/EOXBySerialNumber... and it is returning "Developer Inactive".

***UPDATE*** I got this to work! I was missing that the token generation URL had changed to https://id.cisco.com/oauth2/default/v1/token

token is getting generated

Are you the one also in charge to PSS API's?

I have issue with EOX API getting 504 Server Error: Gateway Timeout for url

'https://api.cisco.com/supporttools/eox/rest/5/EOXByDates/1/2023-01-01/2023-12-31?responseencoding=json'

 

As a PSS partner you are entitled to open a TAC case with Cisco. This community is for providing support to SNTC customers without a Smart Assist contract.

Please go to Support Case Manager (SCM)then provide the necessary information.

Hello,

I am facing the same issue. Token request is successful from https://id.cisco.com/oauth2/default/v1/token

But when I try querying the GetProduct API - https://apix.cisco.com/product/v1/information/product_ids/UBR10012,ASR1001

I get <h1>Developer Inactive</h1error.

How to resolve this issue? Any ideas
