Hey everyone.
The former DA for a customer's company had left and did not assign another DA before leaving. The current staff do not have access to their portal and cannot manage it as they have no access to CSAM nor the Portal as administrators.
Could I have some assistance in moving up a new DA? I have the CCOIDs, the name of the customer, and can gather more pertinent information if necessary.
