Hey everyone,
So I'm trying to have our customer assign CBR Access to us - however, they are greeted by greyed out boxes indicative of us not possessing any SmartNet contracts with them. This should not be the case as we currently possess one and it has been active for some time.
I possess customer and partner user details along with the smart entitled contract between the partner company and customer company. If there's anything else necessary, I will be glad to snag that.
Any assistance is appreciated - thanks!
