Our customer has not been able to get access to the Admin role in the CSAM tool. Please check to see if the backend system is not preventing any access issues. I will send CCO ID and pictures via email reply. Thanks!
I raised a query a while ago and had to leave it as due to other issues. I am shown as an administrator for our SNTC portal but none of our registered users can see any equipment associated with our company.
They also don't show up at all under the Covered or Not Covered tabs in the SNTC portal, not sure why this is.
It looks like the issue may be that the PID in the SNTC portal is showing PID N20-C6508 but in the Cisco database, it's showing up as UCS...
