I received my SNTC Admin approval yesterday but when I log into the SNTC portal I don't have access to add a new collector. There are a number of admin menus missing so I suspect I have user rights but not admin rights to the portal.

I was pulling the report from SNTC and unable to get the switch stack info , In earlier version I was getting the switch stack info with green highlights in excel. Is there a way we can get this info in this newer version.

We have several 3850 stacks for access. In the inventory the uplink module is reporting as C3KX-NM-10G which is EOL but the modules are actually C3850-NM-2-10G as reported by a show inventory on the switch stack.
I am going through the self-onboarding process and would like to install the Common Services Platform Collector (CSPC). Can someone please advise on the collector version I should use?
Does anyone know if there is a way to exclude device types from a report? What I need for example is to create a report that includes the routers and switches for a location, but not the APs.
