Hi Team, I am getting confused on how to configure Smartnet total care for 5 years.  Is this the right SKU?  SOLN SUPP 24X7X4 (SSSNP)

I pulled PID ASA5500X-SSD120 out of a total care report, but when I check in the PID checker it says this PID is not supported by SNTC.  Is this expected behavior?  Please advise.  Thanks!
