Smart Net Total Care Portal and Collector Discussions

    I have a customer that has devices with contract info displaying in the SNTC Portal, but the information is not populating in the Covered, Not Covered and Expiring Device Coverage tabs in the Portal.   Can someone help me with this?

I have a list of managed Devices on CSPC and the Collect Data collected almost all the devices. But when i try to upload to the portal, only about 10% of my devices are uploaded. Refer to the image to check the upload process.
