Can not update Collector error at login my CCO id from Console

I need to update the SNTC version to version 2.7.4.2.
From console to apply update requests when i try to enter my cco id  does not allow authentication.
My cco id is active and I do not have any problems when entering the cisco page, but it indicates that it is incorrect and for this reason it does not allow to update from console.

I send the mail supportforums-donotreply@supportforums.cisco.com

[root@mxmexsrv801 opt]# /opt/LCM/bin/lcmagent-apply.tcl JeOS  jeos-30.0.0-0-lnx64.zip

Hi Erik,

Can you please login to user admin and do 'show apply'? As well, please run tail command from root to check the progress again?

root # ls -l /opt

root # tail -f /opt/LCM/logs/apply

Thanks,
Supriya

Hi Supriya,

Attach mail send.

Hi Erik,

It seems you missed providing 'show apply' from user admin. I wanted to check if apply is not stuck with 'apply-in-progress' status so I can request you to follow manual upgrade to 2.7 via below document.

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/support/docs/cloud-systems-management/common-services-platform-collector-cspc/CSPC-Upgrade-Guide.pdf

Page 20-22 shows how to manually apply JeOS and SP to 2.7.

Thanks,

Supriya

Hi Supriya!

When I was manually updating, I was finally allowed to enable the command conf connection serv enable. With this you can perform the update automatically.

I appreciate the support.
Thank you for the support.

Hi Erik,

Glad to hear that manual upgrade is successful. Appreciate your update.

Thanks,

Supriya
