I am trying to delete an inventory segment in the SNTC portal and receive the following error:
You cannot delete segments which are assigned to users. If you wish to delete this segment please remove all users first and then try again.
So to check which users were still assigned I selected View/Modify from the actions dropdown, and got a contradicting error:
There were no users attached to this inventory !
I have followed all the instructions and guides precisely, i've used different browsers and different computers and none of it has made a difference.
Is there a different way to remove an inventory segment other than selecting "Delete" from the actions dropdown?
