Hi Eva,

Please share screenshot of error that you receive. As well, please do let me know if you are able to register other CSAPI application under Mulesoft.

Thanks,

Supriya

Hi Supriya!

I've tried the other csapi's but received same error for each. See attached screenshot of error.

Hi Eva,

Team has an ongoing issue with Developer portal and they are working with Mulesoft vendor to resolve it, for now can you please provide below details via private message so that related team will grant user access to API from backend as a workaround.

API Name to which they are requesting access

Client Application Name created by user/partner

User id

Party id / customer company name

Thanks

Supriya

Hi Eva,

I have received your private message and working with related team. I will update you soon as I hear back.

Hi Eva,

Sorry for delay in reply. I am trying to replicate and would like to know if you are having issue with customer-info/customer-details or any other API. So, I can reach out to team accordingly for all APIs that you have question with.

Thanks,

Supriya

Hi yes after registering my app successfully with csapi-contracts and csapi-customer, I am getting 403 errors for both these API's. I can get a token when posting to https://cloudsso.cisco.com/as/token.oauth2 using client credentials but when I, for example attempt to invoke a get request to 'https://apx.cisco.com/cs/api/v1/customer-info/customer-details'  I get a 403 with msg. 'Please provide a valid token'.

Hello @EvaNajera57061

Can you verify that the token is being added to the request header and not the request URL?

Thank you

Yes, I can confirm I am adding the token to header of the request.

@jofrumki @Supriya Patel  Any update on this?
